HI.I CLAIMED ASYLUM IN JUNE 2006.I GOT REFUSED BY THE HOME OFFICE.I APPEALED AND GOT TURNED DOWN BY A JUDGE.I'VE GONE TRUE ALL THE THIN AND THICKS THAT THIS COUNTRY CAN ACCORD ANYONE.I WANT TO FIND OUT IF I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE LEGACY THING CURRENTLY GOING ON.PLEASE CAN U GIVE ME A NEW YEAR GOOD NEWS?

Legacy cases are only applied to cases which have not yet been decided.

 

Legacy cases are those asylum applications made before 5 March 2007 which have not been concluded "either because of errors in recording information or because there is still some action we need to take on it".

 

I am sorry to say that because your case is not outstanding you can not claim on this.

 

You have exhausted all avenues of appeal.

 

I am sorry that this is not the answer you were hoping for but based on what you have said, it is the legal position.
