we claimed asylum and was refused. on appeal it was refused

Customer Question

we claimed asylum and was refused. on appeal it was refused again but were allowed an appeal under article 8 in the determination. However the determination said we did not qualify for discretionary leave. Toady we have received form AIT12 acknowledging receipt of an application for review of the tribunal's decision. What does this all mean?

Thanks for your question.

An AIT 12 is provided to your representative if you have one and the UK Border Agency to confirm that the AIT have received your application and the date that it was received (AIT 12).

I hope this helps. If so, kindly click accept.
