I THOUGHT SO,BUT HER VISA WAS OUT OF DATE, OUR CANARIAN LAWYER ASKED FOR £2000 TO BRIBE OFFICALS TO BACK DATE APPLICATION(MR DAVID MORA TEL922751524.AFTER RETURNING TO UK ON I YEAR E.E.A. VISA. MADE FIRST APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO REMAIN."REFUSED" 2005. SECOND APPLICATIN IN 2009 "REFUSED" UNDER PARA 289 WITH REF TO 287(I)(A) STATEING YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED 2 YEAR PROBATIONARY IN THE MARRIAGE CATEGORY.TWO LETTER REQUESTING CONFIRMATION I AM OR AM NOT MARRIED HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTY UNDER FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT
it would appear that immigration are questioning the validity of yoru relationship rather than your marriage
despite the immigration irregularity you are legally married and will require a divorce if you wish to end the marriage
