Hi, my name is ***** ***** you have the keys reprogrammed into the computer, after you changed the batteries?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I did the started then the fault came up
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 11 months ago.

how did you program the keys?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Okay so you are saying even though the car started I still have to get the keys reprogrammed
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 11 months ago.

yes, if the computer loses battery power, the computer can lose the programming for the keys, and this will set the immobilizer, these require a special scanner to program the keys,Tim
