this would all depend on where the coin has gone to in the heater box assembly. To get to the windscreen vents ducts would mean removing the dash so obviously if the coin isn't causing a problem then I would leave it. If the coin has dropped down then you can remove the pollen filter to try to access it plus any ducts that are easily accessible from the footwells.

As I said earlier this depends on how far the coin has dropped in to the heater box.

unfortunately as I said previously the only way to access the vents it to remove the dash, the part of the dash that the vents blow through screws on to the rest of the dash from underneath there are 6 screws holding it

I'm sorry this isn't the answer you want but there is no point damaging the dash trying to remove the coin or a trim that is fastened in.
