WHAT ARE ford TRANSIT FAULT CODES 5721 & 5733 INDICATING

how have you obtained these codes? Was this using an EOBD code reader? Is there an engine management concern? What is the concern with the vehicle?

Vehicle broke down wires feeding fuel pump had rubbed through on starter motor repaired wiring cleared fault codes but the 2 as mentioned & fuel pump timeing Cct will not clear . code reader is a spx tecnotest reflex

unfortunately I can only work with P codes that are standard EOBD engine codes, for example P1664 is a fuel pump fault code. Let me know if you can get the standard EOBD codes and I'll assist more.

Sorry Sean there are no P codes.Ihave no problem working with P & U codes
But the FCR is extractring theese 2 codes from the ecu & listing them as unknown ,will remove the fuel pump tonight & send it to have a module fitted to sort the fuel pump timeing circuit ,I will see what happens after i refit the pump

Hi Sean ,got pump back & refitted ,van still did'nt start ,traced another fault,to a terminal in the fuse box for fuel pump relay,repaired this fault ,started van & codes have vanished.
So all that remains to do is release the cash ih the deposit to u & thank u for u'r time
