Hi there welcome to just answer hope i can be of some assistance to your problem
There are valves on the bottom of the filler necks to stop people draining tanks in that way but if you look under neath you should see two pipes one big one which is for for filling and a smaller one which is a vent if you remove this pipe you should be able to put your pipe in there and drain it, also remember to drain the fuel filter.
how do i drain the fuel filter. where is it.
the fuel filter is located on the side of the cylinder head you need to undo the drain screw on the bottom of it and drain out the fuel.
