Okay - this is a problem / fault with the radio itself - within the radio....

You need to speak to a Ford dealer about this ...Its only just out of warranty so I think they will be helpful on this - they usually are.

It will depend on the exact issues with it but its usually a software / chip fault - one or the other...but the radio will either need repair or replacement - under warranty , it would be replaced ...

So you will need to discuss this with them..and then go from there... As it is so close to warranty they may well just do it for you ...
