Check fuse 16. It's a 30A fuse.
If it looks ok, use a test lamp to make sure it is live with the ignition on.

Did you use testlamp to prove that fuses were live at both ends.
If you have checked the fuses and it is live when ignition is on then there are two possibilites.
Either the motor has packed in or the switch is faulty.
If the motor runs on high speed only then resistor is faulty..
Your next step is to check that the live feed is getting to the motor. It's not a relay fault.
