Hi there mate , Ok i take it the alarm only goes off once you lock the car ,
the reason the alarm is going off after you lock the car is the GEM module in the vehicle is still seeing one of the latches as being open , this is most commonly the bonnet latch ( latches fitted with bonnet ajar function ) as the doors are locking correctly we can rule out the door latches ,
the easiest and cheapest way to solve this problem is to join/bridge the the 2 wires that plug into the bonnet latch , this is the most common fault we see
if the fault is still present after doing this you will require fords IDS laptop to be connected to the vehicle to check the last 5 alarm triggers, this will cost 1 hours labour to have this carried out , but i am confident that the bonnet latch will be your fault
Kind Regards Brian
