My wife snooped my phone twice and found out my adultery

Customer Question

Hi my wife snooped my phone twice and found out my adultery with another girl last year; she then suffered depression. I asked for a divorce but she rejected. She resigned from her previous job and move to another city with me. We own a house together in London and currently lease out. It has been a year and i really want to file a divorce, however she threats saying if i do so, she'll forward all texts and tell the employer of mine and the 'third party' whom i still keep contact. How should i move forward and how this situation will affect the financial settlement?
JA: Because family law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: London
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: I'm currently working in malaysia
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: Not yet
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Family Lawyer about your situation and then connect you two.
