Customer: hi my husband is joint on our mortgage he left 7 years ago has made no payments towards the mortgage. i have paid it myself. my son of 15 and i still live in property which is in negative equity by £80000 can he force me to sell and put me in debt ?? i do not make enough of a salary for bank to take his name of Mortgage
