My daughters are 11 and 12 and refuse to see their father.

Customer Question

Hello, my daughters are 11 and 12 and refuse to see their father. We have been separated for three years and divorced for 6 months. This has been the case from the outset. Their father ( who does not provide for them) has made an application since January. Cafcass have recommended indirect contact - he disagreed and wants psychiatric evaluations. I am opposing this. We have a fact finding hearing in Jan 2016. Will the girls be forced?
