Customer Question

Hi, i split from my ex approx 9 years ago and our son has always lived with me his mother and had regular contact with his dad. approx 8 months ago out of the blue my ex prevented me from seeing my son saying that he did not want to see me i took him to court as i tried mediation and he went one time then refused to go. he has been completely un co-operative so felt i had to go to court as i wasn't seeing my son. Cafcass have been involved and are completely baffled by whats gone on they have spoken to my son who i now have regular contact with but no overnight as he refuses to stay saying only that he can't sleep ( a load of nonsense he has slept fine with me for 10 years). Hi
Does he seem happy at his father's ?
Are you going on holiday with him at all?

I had our family holiday booked which was May this year and he refused to come with no explanation. We have always been on holidays every year with no problems. He has changed since he has been with his dad and acts very spoilt as his dad does let's him decide and do whatever he chooses

Cafcass have spoken with my boy numerous times and they have found this case very difficult as he gives no real explanation and also they have found his dad difficult as his dad just says everything's up to our son.
