I received d79 from court that the judge is not satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to the decree sought, because.
the statement does not refer to the amended patition.
Form d84 and form d80b was returned with the letter.
The petitioner must amend the statement in red to refer to the amended petition and re-sign it and renew direction for trial
