Customer Question

Hi. My husband left in january to be with another woman. I have tried letting him have contact with our son's but it hasn't gone well as there's too much confrontation towards me. He has threatened to take them and he won't let me see them ever again as I have stopped contact unless its through a contact centre which he's refusing. Please help

Ages 3 and 5. There is too much conflict with family and he has refused a contact centre. He is not willing to take his name off the tenancy either and has threatened to take hem from school, outside my house etc

Hi
I understand that he has refused a contact centre, but is there no one else who can deal with the handover - his parents perhaps?
