Divorce petition part 10. Mutual divorce. Respondant wants 7/22 of military lump sum but no part of pension, both in agreement. What boxes if any do I, the petitioner, tick in section 10 and how do we apply for a clean break order? Thank you for your time.

If there are also children tick boxes 10 (3) (b) as well
The Clean Break Consent Order will need to be drafted signed and then sent to the Court with a form D81
