Hi I applied for a decree nisi and was told to amend a paragraph

I applied for a decree nisi and was told to amend a paragraph in the petition. I did this and resubmitted the application.

It has come back because the judge is not satisfied and asks that "the statement in support muse refer to the amended petition throughout".

Does this mean that I must add the word 'amended' wherever the word petition is?

Thank you.

Thank you for your question
I shall do my best to assist you
YOu are indeed correct - that is exactly what you need to do - everywhere is says "Petition" the word amended must be added
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details

Thank you Claire

Does it include the form name and do I need to use a red pen?

Just to check - we are talking about the D80.
If so then no not the form name - and no need for a red pen!
