We would like to go for a clean break consent order. Simply put, my wife does not want to have children and I do. I am older than her and it has led to rows and arguments. She will not promise to have children with me which has led us to conclude that we will divorce so I can have children. We are looking for an immediate divorce. I have seen the gov.uk/divorce section and I feel it is unreasonable that before we married we agreed to have children and she has had a change of mind. We have had no intimacy for two years and we did try to reconcile but to no use. She is alot younger than I am so she doesnt want to promise anything. She also wants a divorce because of the constant arguments and insults we exchange. The help I need is filling out the form and finding the right wording to do so. Can you help me with that wording? Also to whom do I send the form? Thanks for your help. We are both relieved to be out of the relationship but are still living together but apart.
