He wants the house sold so that they can split up the capital to enable both of then to buy smaller homes
My son wants the family home sold to release the equity so they are both in a position to buy smaller homes. The eldest girl is at University this October, leaving the younger two at home. My Son wants joint custody, as he is the one who spends a couple of hours each evening with a daughter with dylexier and has the ability (and education) to help her,
