I am worried about the cost implications of Ancillary Relief

This answer was rated:

I am worried about the cost implications of Ancillary Relief Form E. Do you know roughly how much it would cost?
Thank you for your question.
The Form E is simply one part of the Ancillary relief process.
Although it is a daunting document when first seen it is in fact simply a list of questions designed to draw out all your financial information.
It is time consuming for the solicitor unless the client essentially "does it themselves" and of course anything that is time consuming is expensive
However the most expensive part of the process s attending court - so you must get a clear quote from your solicitor for the work - and maybe consider making the application in person
