My daughter refuses to talk to me or visit me, my wife will not include me in any descisions regaring her and has allowed her to leave the country on holiday with her boyfriend (she is 15) and his parents without my agreement. My wife refuses to take any action about my daughters inconsiderate behavior towards me. I am planning to withhold maintainance payments to force her hand can I do this? We do not have any court ordered arrangement I have been paying up volantarily for the last two years. My wife works and earns around £40K and still lives in the family home.

I realise my daughter is old enough to make her own descisions but it is my wifes refusal to consult me on any matters relating to her or the house which we both still own which is irratating me. I have been very patient over the last 18 months but my wife seems to be encouraging my daughter to be rude and disrespectfull to me. Is there any course of action I can take. I should add that if she were to go down the CSA route she would loose around £80 per month.
