HiWhen was the re-assessment?Claire
Hi iClaire it was 2010 but the csa did not follow it through until now hence the debt incurred , I only found out about it when the money was taken out today
HiHow much are the arrears?Claire
£2000
HiYou need to make a formal complaint in writing to the CSA and ask for the arrears to be repaid at a reasonable rate given the fact that the mistake was theirs and not yours It is also sensible to get a copy of your file under the Freedom of Information Act (it costs £10)Use this to get the assistance of your MP - you are not the person who has caused these arrears so payment should be at your convenience and not theirsClaire
