I separated from my Wife in 2006 and have done the Solicitor letter process, now been to Mediation and still not come up with a Concent Order that is correct. How would I select a very good Divorce Solicitor in Hampshire or the UK?I am thinking of approaching a Barister to handle my affairs.I want the best for my Children and I am paying Child Support, paid my Wife's legal fees to date and still cannot get the Consent Order finalised.Amy Advice would be very appreciated.Nigel Griffiths
HiYou can find a local family law specialist on the website www.resolution.org.uk.You can instruct a Barrister directly - but in general they will only deal with any court hearings that have been applied for alreadyClaire
So I need to use a solicitor to arrange the court hearing then instruct a Barrister to act on my behalf. Is this correct~?
