Divorce. My wife has filed for divorce and I have not contested

Divorce.

My wife has filed for divorce and I have not contested this. Not even decree nisi has so far been issued. she spends long weekends away with another guy but is retaining a presence here under guidance from her solicitor.

I have a female friend coming to visit me in a very short time from overseas. What implications are there if we decide to share a bed at home?

Hi, can you please confirm if this is in relation to US divorce or UK divorce as it is currently listed in UK Family Law.

I think the main implication could be on any agreement over the split of our/my assets.
