Divorce. My wife has filed for divorce and I have not contested this. Not even decree nisi has so far been issued. she spends long weekends away with another guy but is retaining a presence here under guidance from her solicitor.I have a female friend coming to visit me in a very short time from overseas. What implications are there if we decide to share a bed at home?Regards,Ray Cox
Hi, can you please confirm if this is in relation to US divorce or UK divorce as it is currently listed in UK Family Law.
If this is a UK matter I can continue to assist, if not, I will ask JA to move this to the correct place.
This divorce is in the UK domain.
I think the main implication could be on any agreement over the split of our/my assets.
Thanks so have you received the petition and completed your response?
