I am receiveing call from CSA about child maintanance which

I am receiveing call from CSA about child maintanance which I am not aware of. I had relation ship with some women 10 years back but one of the women try to blackmail be long time back saying she is having child for me but she was a women who had relation ship more than one person at the same time. she told me she got my national insurance number and will deal with me. Then she told me she took someone the get register bith certificate and put singature like me as a father. I dont belive it is my child if she got one and have no conection since then. I belive this the women chasing me through. I have not replied to CSA yet. How do I deal with this? Thank you.
