JA: Hello. What is your issue regarding?
Customer: Suing a company got unfair dismissal due to whistle blowing whereas they claim it was failure to satisfactorily pass the probationary period
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: rhe uk
JA: Is the employment agreement "at will," union, full time or part time?
Customer: Full time
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: my vontract of employment started on the 8th of Feb. My probationary review was on the 13th of Feb. So by default my employment was confirmed. They then extended my probationary period verbally and the review as held on the 19th of August! Another time lapse of 2 weeks
