I was a commissioned officer with the RAF Volunteer Reserves

Customer Question

For Ben Jones
I was a commissioned officer with the RAF Volunteer Reserves Training Branch.
One of my Civillian Instructors I had been told to suspend, by a Wing Staff Officer, made a malicious and vexatious complaint against me to the NSPCC. Despite having this complaint on 4 August 2010, I was not suspended untill 22 August 2010. I have never been interviewed with regard to this matter, despite chasing RAF Staff for over 6 years.
What action can I take since both my family and myself have suffered over 6 years of depression and anxiety over this matter and I am still viewed by other officers as a paedophile, which I most certainly am not?
I have an interview on Monday evening 12 September 2016.
Thanks

Hello, thanks for requesting me - unfortunately this is a question which is not within my area of law. I will open to it to all other experts and someone will hopefully pick it up soon. Please do not reply to this as it will just lock the question back to me. Many thanks
