A bit of detail on the situation:I verbally resigned from my job on Tuesday last week
On Thursday I was told I would have been at risk of redundancy (which obviously means I would have got a large pay out)
Question one: Do I have any grounds to get redundancy?
If no, I am in a 6 month notice period with a job expiring in 30 days.
Question two: what's the deal here? Can they keep me or do they need to pay me out of my notice? Thanks
