Can I not sue this company? and is it ok to delete information from my data?

Hello,

You are free to sue but it is a time consuming and expensive process if you need to appoint lawyers and you would need to think what you would be asking the court for e.g. costs, damages, injunction orders etc.

You could complain to the Information Commissioner if you feel that your data protection rights have been violated: http://www.ico.org.uk/complaints

Hope this helps. Please leave feedback
