is there a law against someone trying to entice a member of an automotive buying group to join another buying group thus making the first group less strong in the industry
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I belong to a uk automotive buying group and i have proof that a sales manager from a supplier to our group has been actively calling on some of our members to entice them to join a rival buying group.

I am afraid I am not aware of any law against that. It is a free market and competition is allowed. It is up to your group to hold on to their members.
