Resolved Question:

A director of a private company resigns on the 7th of June, without giving any notice, is
he entitled to get paid for the full month?

Does he have a contract? How long has he been there?

no contract, 25 years

If he resigns and walks out then you can refuse to pay beyond 7th June 2012.

If he does give notice and works the notice he can be worked that period.

But if he just walks out, no you do not have to pay him for the rest of the month.
