My sky+ hd box froze during the storm over this way and now it's frozen on the channel. I've turned it off and also followed the instructions above. Any other options?

Sorry you are having trouble here, when you say you turned it off did you disconnect it from the wall-power?if not please do that wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again let me know if their is any change please

If the TV works with other inputs OK then I am afraid the box is bad their really isnt anything you can do about that except swap the box

You could try an extended OFF period say 24 hours and try again thats about the only call here otherwise the box has took a hit and its been damaged
