Can you try unplugging the device at the plug and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes.
Then plug it back in and see if it now works?

Exxpert's advice was first class. I questioned why I have been charged

£22. Seem extortionate particularly as the problem was the Goodman's

product. i am 91 years of age, disabled, need my savings hence my query

re the 'Free' offer. Please confirm that it will be refunded?
