Greetings. I have a samsung LE32B450C4W. I turned it on this morning and we have the picture but no sound. All the connections are fine, I have the mute off and all the settings are OK. Please help or is my telly knackered.
Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will assist you. Is the Tv connected to a DVD or Sat receiver? If yes try and connect a different input source to the tv to determine weather the problem is from the input source or the tv itself. IF it is from the tv itself then the problem is coming from the sound board. Normally this sells for around £30 and ideally is replaced by a technician.

If you have further questions let me know.

Greetings Noel,

Yes, my TV is connected to a DVD player and Satellite box.

I disconnected my TV and set up the spare from the bedroom. This worked fine.

I then reconnected the original TV and it works fine.

Problem solved.

Well it looks that it was a matter of a loose connection then. Glad you managed to solve the problem :)
