my bt vision box has stopped working. had a power cut when power was restored i was unable to get box to respond,i followed the guide on page 22 of user guide but to no avail. it worked perfect untill the power cut. the box show a a solid blue light and does not respond to hand controller, can only switch of by pulling plug, my laptop and computer are working okay. thank you XXXXX XXXXX
