It's best to verify you are getting Freeview reception on your TV set first.
You'll need an aerial, and most indoor aerials only get good reception up to 15 miles from the transmitter. Past that point you really have to consider an outdoor aerial for good signal.
Do you know your nearest transmitter ?

It has 7 different colored transmitter groups with the location of the transmitter marked in LARGE UNDERLINED names.
Once you know that, you can determine if you are within 15 miles of the transmitter area or not.
How do you get it to the sites that you have suggested?????
