i cannot view Freeview- reports no connection- and to check antenna.. what does this mean? it was fine this morning

 



Already Tried:
reconfiguring the freeview and checked that all the leads are connected. nothing has changed-

Initially, post back with the model number of the Freeview receiver.

Offhand, was there any weather disturbance prior to the problem.

Yes after sending my inqury yesterday.. I recall
That it rained torrential and maybe hail stones.
Not much you can do here,.this is an apartment
Building., I think the antenna needs fixing.

I understand and appreciate the post back / additional information.

Based on this and prior checks, then the only suspect left and therefore confirmed would be a fault with the aerial. And thus would require an onsite repair person.

I realize that perhaps the reply may not be what was expected. Unfortunately, no easy user doable try of a fix nor is there a workaround.
