hello, we have recorded a programme from yesterday and it is listed in the Playback Recordings screen (men, record, recorded programmes) we can highlit it, but when we press OK , there is no thumbnail picture, but a purple rectangle appears with an arrow pointing out of each corner and the word "exit" flashes up on the right of it. we have tried viewing a programme we recorded a week ago and that works. what can we try now? We have tried switching off and on but that makes no difference. we have a PVR-9300T.
Already Tried: switching on and off, looking through the handbooks, looking on the web.

Hello there, unfortunately I expected someone to answer last night, as your site said "a technician is waiting to answer your question" My problem was the Humax helpline was not open til this morning, and I wanted it sorted last night.
