HI there.

Welcome to

My name is ***** ***** I hope I can help you today with your problem but as you can appreciate I cannot see smell or touch your car so I will have to ask a few questions so my answer is better sourced for you as I strive for customer satisfaction with the service I provide on this site.

1. Does the rattle only happen while you are starting the car or does it continue after starting and if so for how long after?

2. Can you explain what the rattle sounds like at all? Is it like a metallic rattle or a knocking on body kind of rattle? This may sound funny, but is it like a chucka chucka chucka kind of noise.

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you in advance.
