Hi, I'm Ron and I will be helping you today.
Stand by for a moment while I prepare your answer.

There is either debris left in the cooling system from the old pump, or you may be hearing gurgling from air in the system. Sorry, but I can't hear it from here:) Try flushing the system.

Thanks, Ron

that didnt do any thing same sound flushed it over 5 times bled the air noise goes after keeping revs over 1200 then comes back when you go back to tick over ???? thanks

I'm going to ask you a stupid question, but are you certain the T-stat is installed correctly?

Thanks again and please remember to rate me m5 stars and keep this link in case you need me again later on.

mp4 format your website wont accept it and i cant convert it tried a small video and changing formats to others that are accepted but still no good ...... is there any more info you could possibly give me without this audio ,,,,getting frustrated now lol
any other way you can hear this ie telephone ?
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
could it be cavitation or lack of coolant ie .non
Expert:  rpmdiag replied 2 months ago.

Darn, I don't think so, and I sure hope this dilemma doesn't affect my rating:)

Are you sure it's coming from the T-stat?

Is there anything else there that may be causing that?

Check with your stethoscope or screwdriver in that area to see if there's another possibility.

Thanks again, Ron

took of the t-stat and spayed it with wd 40 stoped the noise for 2 tenths of a second them came back
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
the sound is coming from t-stat and nowhere else you can feel the vibration on the top rad hose and the over flow when you rev it ,,vibration goes away then let go and it comes back at idle speed i mean
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
maybe new pump ,,,,, no good ????????????????
Expert:  rpmdiag replied 2 months ago.

There is either a restriction of flow from the water pump or a blockage somewhere, but if you already did the flushes like you said, then the pump has to be causing this.

Thanks again, and i believe i am ready to be rate now for all of my time.

Thanks, Ron
