Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many things that can cause a no crank condition. You could have a bad starter, a transmission range sensor issue, it would be wiring, security related, the engine controller may not be awake due to an internal failure or a loss of power or ground, it could be a cable or connection issue, and it's definitely possible that the battery is bad.

Do you hear any noise from the engine compartment when trying to start it?
