Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

B0028-1B is for the right front side airbag, in the outboard section of the right front seat back. It will take some electrical testing to determine the exact cause of the code, which could be a wiring or connection issue, the airbag module itself, or the airbag. It isn't uncommon to find poor connections or wiring damage under the seat, you can try wiggle testing the wiring and connections there to see if the light will go out and then you know where to concentrate to locate the wiring issue. The most likely cause for this would be the airbag or it's wiring in the seat area.
