Hi there.

Welcome to ja.com.

My name is ***** ***** I hope I can be of help to you today but first i just need to ask you some questions so my answer is better sourced for you as i strive on complete customer satisfaction with the service that i provide. Also, as you can appreciate, i cannot see, smell or touch your car so there may be a few posts between us before i can supply an answer.

1. You say it is the engine light that is on. Is there also a message in the display at all?

2. Is the car down on power? What i mean is, does the car accelerate properly or is it limited to about 2500 rpm in every gear?

3. Does the light go out at all and then come back on?

Can you also let me know what your technical knowledge is and if you are hoping to fix this yourself if possible.

I look forward to your reply

Thank you in advance

Nathan
