Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are quite a few things that could be going on and it will most likely require some electrical testing to determine what is causing the issue. If the vehicle is electrically dead then the battery, cables and connections are most suspect but you may have a power distribution issue, it could be a wiring or bus communication problem between modules.

The battery was replaced in an attempt to repair this issue and nothing changed?
