Hello my name is***** am an ASE master tech and can gladly help you out with this problem.

Check the rubber bellows boot in the door jamb. The wires to the window will sometimes break in that spot inside the boot. Also do you have power going to the switch? You could check the inputs and outputs at the switch. Make sure you have good connections at the window switch and door module.

Hoping this helps you out, feel free to ask me any questions.
