Forester 2.0 engine. No compression in one of the cam heads

Hi Henry,

Please recheck all your timing marks.

I have done this once.

Inlet 180 out on LH bank.

Cam sensor reads from that cam, fuel goes in at wrong time, and no compression on that bank.

If the timing is correct, then you have bent valves in that head.

Hi Gary,
I have read and noted your answer, how I have not been able to do any work on the car yet due to other engagements.
I should be in a position to say whether you are correct or not after the Easter holidays.Regards
Henry
