Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many things that can cause a no crank condition ranging from the ignition switch, transmission range sensor, wiring issues, cables and connections, and the starter itself. It isn't uncommon for a starter to have issues only when hot.

Do you hear any noise from the engine compartment when attempting to start the engine when it won't crank?

Has any testing been done?
