Keys, Eis, steering lock and ECU sent away for test, all confirmed working. new battery installed, still the same problem any ideas?

My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question had not received a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.My info is somewhat limited on your model here but I had seen no one else has responded and would like to see if I can help here.If at any time you feel that I cannot help with this please let me know.

Inspect the battery cables at the battery as well as to where they run and connect to for any issues with loose or damaged connections needing repaired or replaced.I have seen this cause this fault here.If these have already been checked or are checked and found o.k. let me know so we can continue from here.

Thanks Pete

Hi pete thanks for the reply,
The problem still persists, all other electricals appear to be working except the central locking, dials, electronic ignition switch and steering lock
As I said previously keys, eis, steering lock & main ECU all sent and confirmed working have ordered a replacement fuseboard (as has a PCB which could be damaged) if not wondered if you had any fuss and wiring diagramsThanks Dan

Did the van start before the battery was removed and reinstalled and if so was there any arcing or sparks when the battery was removed and reinstalled?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yeah it started no problem before, no more arcing than normal changing a battery, as I said all electronic parts related to the ignition system (that I know of) tested and confirmed working with no issues

O.k.,unfortunately I dont have a diagram of this model here but with all of these components replaced that you have already replaced and if there is no wiring issues at the fuse panel I suspect the fuse panel/circuit panel has become damaged somehow and needs replaced.I dont see anything else myself here that would cause this type of fault here.I would double check and make sure the wiring at it is all o.k. as well as any fusible link wiring leading from the battery to the fuse panel or starter and alternator just to make sure all wiring is o.k. and if this model uses fusible link wiring that it is o.k. as well.If this is all o.k. I suspect the fuse panel itself/circuit board is at fault here.

Let me know if you need anything else and feel free to rate my help here.

Thanks Pete
