Check for any loose air inlet components to the engine and if this has a turbo check for any turbo hoses or components being loose or damaged. If the engine is still running o.k. and no check engine light has come on or any other warning light you may be o.k. to continue to drive it for now.If it does run poorly or any warning lights do come on then this will need inspected as soon as possible to locate and correct this issue here.I suspect a loose air inlet hose or turbo component causing this fault. But it will need checked into to pinpoint the cause for sure.
